The resort has a strong smell of mould and needs a lot of upkeep and a good makeover. It was also not as advertised in terms of the room layout. However, the service was friendly and helpful overall. The location offers privacy and multiple facilities, although the dining experience was quite ordinary with an added charge for Wi-Fi.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but the noise of bins opening and closing all night was disruptive. The service was mostly helpful, especially with reallocating us another room when needed. The location was great, close to attractions and dining options, but slightly dark and scattered with leaves. The dining experience offered good choices but was not worth the money. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in some areas.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service and facilities, although the rooms were a bit underwhelming compared to what was anticipated. The staff was impressive, and the range of amenities provided a memorable experience despite the outdated room decor. The relentless rain was unfortunate, but it didn't dampen my overall positive impression of the hotel.

The hotel is set in lovely grounds, though some rooms require a bit of a walk to reach pools/restaurants. It was very quiet, perfect for sleeping in after a late event the night before, but this quietness might make it seem a bit overpriced.
